MPEG4 compression technology for up to 25fps viewing The HTS-236 offers excellent value for money and Pan, Tilt function for coverage of different or large areas.

Designed for internal use and equipped with a high quality CMOS image sensor which provides good picture quality in good lighting and is perfect for applications where observation and not identification is required.

The Pan, tilt feature allows the camera to be panned left and right up to 350 and tilted up and down to 125 or auto panned .

Compatible with Wireless & Wired networks, the camera can be connected to 802.11g Wireless Networks and Wireless Access Points/Routers or to a wired 10/100MB network/router, when used in wired mode the wireless transmitter is automatically switched off for extra security .

The built in web server allows it to be accessed quickly and easily from Internet Explorer from any other PC on the same network or across the Internet and also supports transmission to compatible Pocket PCs, Palms, Mobile Phones & Media Centre devices.

To prevent unauthorised access the units feature multi level, multi user password protection.

In addition to the web server access the camera is also supplied with Vivotek's 16 Camera DVR software which allows viewing, configuring and recording of up to 16 cameras and Video Servers.
